SingLinkVPN Terms of Service

SingLinkVPN (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" ) is a virtual private network (VPN) service provided by SINGLINKTECH PTE. LTD, Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the " Company" , "we", "us" or "our "). The Company's address is: 635A Senja Road, #07-245, Senja Gateway, Singapore 671635. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the " User " or "you ") and the Company regarding your use of the Service. By accessing or using SingLinkVPN, you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Please also refer to our Privacy Policy (available on our website), which explains how we collect and use your information. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

- Service : SingLinkVPN, VPN service includes all software, applications and related services provided by the Company to users.
- Company (also referred to as "we" ): SingLinkTech Pte. Ltd., Singapore, the provider of SingLinkVPN.
- User (also referred to as "you" or "Subscriber" ): any individual or entity who uses or accesses the Services. If you create an account or use the Services, you will be considered a User for the purposes of these Terms.
- Account : A registered account you create with SingLinkVPN to access the Service. An Account is typically associated with a username, password or other credentials.
- Subscription : An active paid plan for the Service. SingLinkVPN offers a variety of Subscription Plans (details below) which allow use of the Service for a specified period (e.g. monthly).
- Free Trial : A one-time trial period during which new users may use the Service free of charge. A Free Trial is limited in time and is subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms.
- Subscription Plans : SingLinkVPN offers paid service tiers: Mini , Plus and Pro (excluding free trial). Each plan has specific features, prices and device connection limits, which are detailed in the advertisement.
- Device : any computer, smartphone, tablet, router or other device you use to connect to the Service.
Account Usage
- Eligibility : You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. By using SingLinkVPN, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
- Account Registration : When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If your information changes, you are responsible for updating it. Each user can only have one account, and the account is exclusive to you; it cannot be shared with unauthorized persons.
- Account Security : You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (such as username and password). Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to be conducted by you. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account or disclosed your password without authorization, you must immediately notify us at support@singlinkvpn.com.
- Personal Use and Device Limits : Your subscription allows you to connect a limited number of devices to the VPN simultaneously, depending on your plan (e.g., Small plans allow up to 2 devices to connect simultaneously, Plus plans allow up to 5, and Professional plans allow up to 10; Free Trial plans are usually limited to 1 device connection). The Service is for your personal (or internal business) use only. You agree not to share or resell your account credentials or exceed the number of devices allowed. If you need to use more devices than the number allowed, you should upgrade to an appropriate plan or purchase additional subscriptions.
Payment and Renewal
SingLinkVPN offers a free trial and three paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees are charged on a periodic basis (e.g. monthly). The available packages and base prices (in USD) are as follows:
- Free Trial : Offer a limited trial period free of charge to new users.
- Small : $4.59 per month.
- Plus : $9.59 per month.
- Professional : $20.00 per month.
All paid plans include SingLinkVPN's core features, including secure VPN servers ("nodes") and streaming support. The specific features and number of devices allowed to connect for each plan are described on our website (higher-tier plans usually include more device connections or advanced features).
Billing and Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the Company (or its payment processor) to charge the Payment Method you provide. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly) by default unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. The Subscription fee will be automatically charged to your Payment Method on file at the time of each renewal. If the Payment Method you select supports recurring payments (e.g., credit card or PayPal), auto-renewal will remain enabled unless you cancel. If the Payment Method you use does not support auto-renewal (e.g., one-time bank transfers or certain digital currencies), your Subscription will not automatically renew and will expire at the end of the current term unless you renew manually.
One-time purchases: In some cases, we may offer the option to make a one-time purchase for a fixed term (e.g., one month or one year of service that does not renew automatically). Such purchases only grant you access for the specified term and do not renew automatically. After the term ends, you will need to purchase again to continue using the service.
Managing Renewals and Cancellations: You are responsible for managing your subscription. If you do not want to continue with your recurring subscription, you must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer service. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you must manage and cancel your subscription through that platform's subscription management system. If your subscription was purchased through a third party, the Company is not responsible for cancellations or billing issues. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the prepaid subscription period, but will not be able to renew thereafter.
Price Changes: SingLinkVPN may adjust prices or available subscription plans from time to time. However, the price and features of your plan will not change at will during your active subscription period. You will be notified in advance of any changes in subscription prices or important features (e.g., by email or in-app notification). Such changes will generally apply to subsequent billing cycles or new subscriptions. If you do not agree to an upcoming price or feature change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Refund
We encourage new users to take advantage of free trial periods before purchasing a paid subscription. Except as expressly provided below or required by law, all purchases after a free trial period are final and non-refundable . This means that once you pay for a subscription after any trial period, you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused time during the subscription period, even if you cancel your subscription early.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, eligible users may try the service for free for a limited time. The duration and terms of the free trial will be clearly stated at the time of registration. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, or choose to subscribe, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan and your standard refund policy will continue to apply.
iOS/macOS Refund Exception: If you subscribed to SingLinkVPN through the Apple App Store (on an iOS or macOS device), you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided that you experience technical issues with the Service that are caused by SingLinkVPN and that the issue materially affects your use of the Service. Such refund requests must be made within 30 days and should detail the technical issue. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for this exception on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Apple may process refunds for App Store purchases in accordance with its policies (which may require you to request a refund through the App Store). Except for this specific exception (or any rights you may have under applicable law), subscription fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
SingLinkVPN is committed to protecting user privacy and does not monitor or log your network traffic or content when you use the Service . However, you must use the Service in a lawful manner. You agree not to use SingLinkVPN for any activity that violates the law or these Terms. Prohibited uses of the Service include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal activities : Use the Service for any purpose that violates local, national or international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to using VPN to commit crimes, fraud, hacking or other illegal activities.
- Infringing Content : Uploading, downloading, transmitting or otherwise making available any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., copyrighted material) without authorization.
- Harmful or objectionable material : Transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable material (including hate speech or incitement to violence), or material that is invasive of another’s privacy.
- Child Exploitation : Use the Service to distribute or access any child pornography, or exploit minors in any way. Such conduct will be reported to law enforcement.
- Spam and Network Abuse : Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") or any form of excessive or disruptive traffic through the VPN. You may not use the Service to launch a denial of service attack, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service or any network, system or device.
- Unauthorized access : Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, user account, computer system or network through the VPN. This includes port scanning, probing or hacking activities, and any attempt to breach the security measures of the Service or the systems of others.
- Resale or Sharing of the Service : Resale of the Service or sharing of your account with multiple users on devices that are not yours. The Service is intended for your personal use only (or for internal purposes within your organization) and may not be used to provide VPN access to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SingLinkVPN complies with all applicable laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction where the use of VPNs is restricted or considered illegal, you must refrain from using the Service in that jurisdiction. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this provision, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice (and without refund) and/or take appropriate legal action if necessary.
Service Availability and Changes
SingLinkVPN is committed to providing reliable and high-quality VPN services, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or uninterrupted. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Performance (such as connection speed, latency and uptime) may vary due to factors beyond our control, including Internet bandwidth limitations, network congestion, maintenance or third-party service failures.
While we strive to provide the Services continuously, the Services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable or limited. For example, we may need to perform maintenance or updates, or unexpected outages may occur. You understand that you may experience occasional interruptions or delays in the Services. We are not responsible for any lost data, missed messages, or other lost or non-delivered information resulting from interruptions or performance issues.
We may also impose reasonable limits on use or temporarily suspend your access to the Service (with or without prior notice) if we believe it is necessary to protect network integrity, prevent abuse of the Service, or comply with legal or authority requests. This may include throttling bandwidth, limiting access to certain servers or features, or taking other technical measures to ensure fair use and service reliability for all users.
In addition, SingLinkVPN reserves the right to modify or upgrade the Service at any time. We may add, remove or change certain features or functions to improve the Service or adapt to technological advances. We will not remove the core features of your plan at will. If we make major changes that prevent you from using the Service normally, we will try to notify you in advance (for example, by email or in-app notification). If you continue to use the Service after these changes come into effect, you accept these changes.
Please note that while we support streaming and accessing a variety of websites through VPN, we do not guarantee that any specific third-party website, service, or content will always be accessible. Third-party services may change their access policies or adopt VPN blocking measures that we have no control over. SingLinkVPN is not responsible for the inability to access third-party services or content due to such reasons.
termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use SingLinkVPN. Termination of your user account will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle after you cancel your subscription (you will no longer be charged, but no refund will be provided for the remaining billing cycle, in accordance with our refund policy). You may also contact customer service to request that we delete your account, subject to our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy).
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, in whole or in part, for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Violation of Terms : If you violate any provision of these Terms (such as the Acceptable Use Policy or payment obligations), we may immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice. If your account is terminated due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- Legal Compliance : We may terminate or limit your access without notice if we are required to take action by law, regulation, court order or government, or if your use of the Service is illegal in your jurisdiction. This includes situations where the Company must comply with sanctions or law enforcement requests related to your use of the Service.
- Security or Abuse : If we detect behavior that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of our Services or other users (for example, if you engage in activity that seriously disrupts our network or you attempt to hack into our systems), we may suspend or terminate your access to protect the Services and its users.
- Nonpayment : If you fail to pay your subscription fees on time, or if there is a chargeback or payment reversal, we may suspend or terminate your account access. (If you believe a payment was reversed or marked in error, please contact Customer Service to resolve billing issues.)
If the Company terminates the Service, we will endeavor to notify you of the termination and the reasons for it (if applicable) via the email associated with your account. If we terminate the Service permanently (for example, if we decide to shut down the Service entirely), we will provide as much advance notice as possible. In such cases, if you have an active paid subscription, we may refund the unused portion of your subscription on a pro rata basis, unless the termination is due to a breach of these Terms or illegal conduct on your part.
Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You must destroy any locally stored software or materials in your possession related to the Service. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as those regarding liability, disclaimers, arbitration, and applicable law) shall survive.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DISCLAIMER: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL RELATED SOFTWARE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED " AS IS " AND " AS AVAILABLE " WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOUR USE OF SINGLINKVPN IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM THE COMPANY OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or in connection with your use (or inability to use) the Service. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory or cause of action (contract, tort or otherwise). In particular, the Company is not liable for:
- any interruption, downtime or failure of the Service (including the inability to access the VPN or certain content);
- any damage, loss or injury caused by hacking, tampering, virus transmission or other unauthorized access to or use of the Service or your account;
- your interactions or communications through the Services, or the content and information you access while using the VPN (we do not monitor or censor Internet content and are not responsible for the content you choose to access);
- Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company is found liable for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim arising (or if you have not paid anything, then the equivalent of $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such case, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. However, in such case, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Applicable Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.
You and the Company agree that, regardless of your country of residence, the laws of Singapore apply to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. In addition, a person who is not a party to these Terms will have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore to enforce any provision of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services (including the breach, termination or availability of the Services) shall be submitted to and finally settled by binding arbitration . The arbitration shall be held in Singapore, in the English language, and in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ( SIAC ) then in effect. Such Rules are deemed incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The arbitration shall be administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs of arbitration and shall bear equally the fees and expenses of SIAC and the arbitrator, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise in his award. The arbitrator shall have the power to award any relief that would be available in court, but the arbitrator’s power shall be limited to resolving the dispute between the parties.
You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis. Class actions or class arbitrations are not permitted . You hereby waive any right to participate in a class action, class claim, or other representative proceeding. Each dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis, and the arbitrator shall not have the authority to consolidate claims or award relief to a group of individuals in one proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek temporary injunctive relief or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction (e.g., the Singapore courts) as necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm (e.g., to protect intellectual property or confidential information) or to enforce this Arbitration Agreement. Seeking such interim relief shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to arbitrate disputes under this Section.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the above arbitration agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. This arbitration clause will survive the termination of your relationship with the Company.
